VIP Host (iGaming)

Location: Remote role associated with Philadelphia, PA; travel to events throughout the United States and Canada is required.

Salary: $50,000–$55,000 USD per year, plus potential commission and benefits.

What you will do

• Develop relationships with high-value players and generate new and incremental gaming revenue.
• Manage personalized player communications, queries, escalations, hospitality events, and account activity.
• Monitor betting behavior and coordinate bonuses, gifts, invitations, reactivation, loyalty, and sales communications.
• Use daily reports, player tracking screens, and analysis to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with VIP Associates and Executive Hosts to upgrade accounts across VIP tiers.
• Maintain compliance with applicable regulations and handle difficult customer interactions professionally.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of gaming experience in online gaming or a brick-and-mortar casino.
• At least 1 year of sales-related experience, with experience in customer service, concierge, luxury telemarketing, or account management.
• Excellent computer and Excel skills, communication skills, and telephone etiquette.
• Ability to understand player tracking screens, reports, and related documentation.
• Ability to travel to and attend on- and off-property events throughout the United States and Canada.
• Must qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state, and local regulations. Passion for sports, casino, and/or sports and casino betting is required.
