What you will do

• Own hirify.global’s changelog and education hub, ensuring every new feature is clearly explained and easy for customers to adopt.
• Lead lifecycle marketing for existing customers, including product release emails, newsletters, and product communications.
• Stay close to the product roadmap, acting as the glue between engineering, GTM, and the customer.
• Own and update website messaging, including positioning, value propositions, and product language as the product evolves.
• Document and maintain hirify.global’s messaging and positioning frameworks (e.g., ICPs, use cases, core narratives).

Requirements

• Have 4 – 5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS or a startup environment.
• Have excellent writing and storytelling skills.
• Have an ownership mentality and are comfortable being the single-threaded owner of key workstreams.
• Can zoom out to the big picture (positioning, narrative, strategy) while also staying close to execution and details.
• Are a strong organizer and project manager who can juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
