What you will do

• Lead client service and day-to-day operations for influencer campaigns, managing the process from identification and creative execution to reporting.
• Design and define industry-leading influencer strategies, including objectives, budget planning, and action plans.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across PR, social, media, and digital departments to ensure integrated campaign delivery.
• Provide senior counsel to clients and build trusted relationships based on proven delivery performance.
• Oversee team members and support managers and executives in executing influencer programs.
• Participate in new business pitches and stay at the forefront of cultural and social trends.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Influence Director (ideally 2+ years at this level).
• Strong understanding of influence strategy and extensive experience managing large global brands.
• Ability to demonstrate a solid understanding of the strategic and business context of clients.
• Excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills to build effective working relationships.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to provide expert industry council.
• Must be based in or able to work from London.
