What you will do
- Own delivery across assigned teams, modules, and initiatives, ensuring alignment on planning and execution.
- Standardize execution practices and provide leadership to Project Managers.
- Monitor delivery health, establish program-level KPIs, and improve status reporting transparency.
- Manage cross-team dependencies, release readiness, and escalation of risks.
- Collaborate with Product, BA, QA, and Engineering teams to align priorities and business impact.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks to improve planning, tracking, and overall delivery governance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in project, program, or delivery management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple teams and cross-functional initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of release planning, dependency management, and delivery predictability.
- Experience mentoring or leading project management staff.
- Must be based in Europe or capable of working effectively within Central European Time (CET).
Nice to have
- Professional experience within the Fintech or regulated industry sectors.
- Relevant industry certifications such as PMP, CSM, or PMI-ACP.
