What you will do

• Deliver engaging virtual onboarding and training sessions for new and existing Dutch-speaking clients.
• Configure and explain POS software features based on specific customer operational workflows.
• Manage customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction, growth, and effective product adoption.
• Create and maintain documentation for onboarding processes and training materials.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Implementation Specialists and Support, to ensure timely launches.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written)
• Professional proficiency in English
• Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in B2B or B2C settings.
• Proven background in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Demonstrated ability in delivering training, onboarding, or educational sessions.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in a technical role or IT support.
• Familiarity with Apple ecosystems or web technologies.
• Understanding of restaurant POS systems.
