Location: Must be based in the Netherlands within commuting distance of Utrecht; hybrid role requiring 2+ days/week in the office.
Salary: Base salary €3,210–€4,000 per month (OTE €3,776–€4,706 gross per month).

What you will do
- Manage client portfolios, focusing on retention, preventing churn, and identifying expansion opportunities.
- Lead strategic meetings, including kick-offs, check-ins, and product demonstrations for agencies and advertisers.
- Develop outcome-driven success plans to align with client business objectives.
- Conduct scalable training sessions online and onsite in the DACH market.
- Act as the voice of the customer, delivering insights and feedback to product and development teams.
- Collaborate with marketing to promote product webinars and publish success stories.
Requirements
- Living in the Netherlands with travel distance to the Utrecht office.
- Valid work permit for the Netherlands or EU citizenship.
- Excellent written and spoken German and English language skills.
- At least 2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Relationship Management.
- Professional background in SaaS, eCommerce, Marketing, or Agency environments.
- Availability to travel to Germany at least once per quarter for client events.
Nice to have
- Experience with agency partner programs (Bronze, Silver, Gold).
- Background in commercial economics, international business, or hospitality education.
