What you will do

  • Own and manage the full customer lifecycle, including onboarding, adoption, and renewals for strategic accounts.
  • Partner with the VP of Customer Success EMEA to structure, optimize, and scale the regional CSM team.
  • Recruit, onboard, and mentor CSMs, driving performance and professional development.
  • Build proactive, long-term relationships with key customers and identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell.
  • Contribute to the development of internal playbooks, processes, and service best practices.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to relay customer feedback and ensure alignment on priorities.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Europe
  • Proven experience in Customer Success leadership within a SaaS or cybersecurity environment.
  • Ability to partner with senior leadership to shape team structure and operational models.
  • Strong analytical skills for tracking success metrics and leveraging data for engagement strategy.
  • Capability to deliver technical training and lead strategic missions for enterprise customers.
  • Effective cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with sales and engineering departments.
