Salary: $172,000–$192,000

What you will do
- Own adoption and success for a portfolio of advisory customers to ensure long-term retention.
- Actively configure workflows, templates, and engagement structures directly inside the platform.
- Translate advisory methodologies and best practices into scalable, repeatable digital workflows.
- Lead customer enablement, training, and change management initiatives.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to influence the product roadmap using practitioner-level feedback.
- Support renewal and expansion goals by demonstrating provable value to clients.
Requirements
- 2-5+ years of experience in advisory, consulting, or professional services (e.g., risk, compliance, cybersecurity, internal audit).
- Must be located in the USA to be eligible for this position.
- Deep understanding of advisory engagement delivery including scoping, execution, and client reporting.
- Hands-on experience configuring software workflows and troubleshooting technical usage challenges.
- Ability to drive change management and lead enablement sessions with advisory teams.
- Clear communication skills capable of engaging with firm leadership and practitioners.
Nice to have
- Industry experience as a practitioner at an audit or advisory firm.
- Experience with data models, permissions, or AI-powered workflows/LLMs.
