Salary: $172,000–$192,000

What you will do

• Own adoption and success for a portfolio of advisory customers to ensure long-term retention.
• Actively configure workflows, templates, and engagement structures directly inside the platform.
• Translate advisory methodologies and best practices into scalable, repeatable digital workflows.
• Lead customer enablement, training, and change management initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to influence the product roadmap using practitioner-level feedback.
• Support renewal and expansion goals by demonstrating provable value to clients.

Requirements

• 2-5+ years of experience in advisory, consulting, or professional services (e.g., risk, compliance, cybersecurity, internal audit).
• Must be located in the USA to be eligible for this position.
• Deep understanding of advisory engagement delivery including scoping, execution, and client reporting.
• Hands-on experience configuring software workflows and troubleshooting technical usage challenges.
• Ability to drive change management and lead enablement sessions with advisory teams.
• Clear communication skills capable of engaging with firm leadership and practitioners.

Nice to have

• Industry experience as a practitioner at an audit or advisory firm.
• Experience with data models, permissions, or AI-powered workflows/LLMs.
