TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (Cybersecurity): Ensuring customer success and satisfaction with hirify.global cybersecurity products, supporting them through onboarding, adoption, and optimization with an accent on identity security and AD/Entra protection. Focus on conducting product health checks, leading training sessions, and gathering customer feedback to improve product development and internal processes.

Location: Hybrid in Dallas, TX. Candidates must reside within 45 miles of hirify.global office.

What you will do

  • Execute and maintain success plans for strategic and scale customers throughout their lifecycle, including onboarding, adoption, optimization, expansion, and renewal.
  • Implement and run one-to-many engagement programs such as onboarding cohorts, product enablement webinars, and proactive health checks.
  • Own and report on customer health, satisfaction, retention, and growth targets for your book of business.
  • Conduct product health checks and present actionable recommendations to improve security posture in Active Directory and Entra ID.
  • Act as the voice of the customer by gathering insights and feedback to inform Product, Engineering, and GTM teams.
  • Identify customer champions, references, case study opportunities, and participants for community or advisory programs.

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience as a Customer Success Manager, Technical Account Manager, or related customer-facing role in a Cybersecurity SaaS solutions company.
  • Aptitude and drive to develop an understanding of hirify.global solutions and related Microsoft technologies including Active Directory and Entra.
  • 2+ years of experience working with C-level Executives, including meetings and high-level presentations.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical cybersecurity data.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Proactive with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Nice to have

  • Good understanding of cybersecurity product experience at a security vendor, including running product health checks and configuring alerts.
