What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end renewal process for an assigned book of business, including forecasting and negotiation.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to align customer goals with measurable success metrics.
- Monitor product usage data to proactively identify churn risks and execute mitigation plans.
- Lead business reviews and strategic check-ins to demonstrate ROI and value.
- Advocate for customer needs by sharing product feedback and insights with internal teams.
- Maintain clear documentation regarding account health and potential blockers.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to commute to Santiago, Chile, or reside in Argentina.
- Proven experience in Customer Success or client-facing roles within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Demonstrated success in owning renewals, retention metrics, and contract management.
- Strong ability to interpret usage data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with experience in stakeholder management and commercial negotiations.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Nice to have
- Experience in a high-growth startup environment.
- Prior experience managing mid-market or enterprise accounts.
- Familiarity with CRM and CS platforms such as Salesforce or Gainsight.
