Location: Must be based in Chile or Argentina; hybrid role requiring office attendance in Santiago on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end renewal process for an assigned book of business, including forecasting and negotiation.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to align customer goals with measurable success metrics.
  • Monitor product usage data to proactively identify churn risks and execute mitigation plans.
  • Lead business reviews and strategic check-ins to demonstrate ROI and value.
  • Advocate for customer needs by sharing product feedback and insights with internal teams.
  • Maintain clear documentation regarding account health and potential blockers.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to commute to Santiago, Chile, or reside in Argentina.
  • Proven experience in Customer Success or client-facing roles within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated success in owning renewals, retention metrics, and contract management.
  • Strong ability to interpret usage data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills with experience in stakeholder management and commercial negotiations.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a high-growth startup environment.
  • Prior experience managing mid-market or enterprise accounts.
  • Familiarity with CRM and CS platforms such as Salesforce or Gainsight.
