What you will do

- Provide ongoing support by resolving complex partner issues including payment, legal, and operational queries.
- Identify and execute business development opportunities to drive partner growth and platform utilization.
- Collaborate with finance, legal, and support teams to ensure high-quality service and seamless delivery.
- Synthesize partner feedback into actionable recommendations for product and business improvements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in partner management, account management, or business development.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building trust with international stakeholders.
- Ability to deliver professional presentations and conduct effective training sessions.
- Proficiency in collaborating cross-functionally to resolve multi-departmental issues.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify growth blockers and opportunities.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required for this role.
