Location:not Russia❌. We are looking for people from Poland, Georgia, Belarus, Armenia, Kazakhstan, and Europe.
Language: English B2+

🖇Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage network infrastructure projects such as:
Building new enterprise‑grade network environments
Modernizing outdated infrastructures
Large‑scale network refreshes (routers, switches, firewalls, WLAN)
Data center network redesigns or migrations
SD‑WAN or cloud connectivity rollouts


❗️Daily tasks:
Develop project plans, budgets, and risk assessments according to PMP/PRINCE2 standards.
Coordinate internal and external technical teams and ensure alignment across all project phases.
Manage vendor relationships, procurement processes, and technical documentation.
Ensure all solutions meet security, compliance, and performance requirements.
Monitor milestones, quality, and timelines, providing transparent reporting to stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement and ensure smooth handover into operations.

📩Profile Requirements:
PMP or PRINCE2 certification (mandatory)
Strong background in network infrastructure projects (minimum several years of hands‑on project leadership)
Solid understanding of enterprise networking technologies and architectures
Experience working in environments with high availability and security demands
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills
Ability to work independently and deliver under tight deadlines
