What you will do

• Drive quality improvements and process changes within an embedded product team.
• Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies with a focus on shift-left activities.
• Act as a subject matter expert for testing and product knowledge across the engineering organization.
• Build and maintain robust test automation frameworks for web, mobile, and backend services.
• Mentor and upskill other QA engineers while defining team testing expectations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify quality gaps and advocate for process enhancements.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience building and maintaining robust test automation frameworks.
• Strong proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
• Experience testing complex web applications, mobile apps (iOS/Android), and backend services.
• Proven ability to define QA processes and advocate for quality within product teams.
• Experience coaching and guiding team members on testing best practices.
• Excellent communication skills for articulating technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with creative software, animation, or data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with test frameworks like Cypress or Playwright.
• Experience with Machine Learning model testing.
