What you will do

• Define and implement structured testing practices, including automated and manual strategies.
• Design and maintain automated test frameworks and suites using Python and Pytest.
• Develop automated frontend, backend, and API test frameworks using Cypress, Playwright, and Chai.
• Integrate test processes into CI/CD pipelines for continuous quality assurance.
• Collaborate with client teams and support other Technical Leaders in project execution.
• Perform functional, non-functional, performance, and security testing.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK.
• At least 8 years of commercial experience delivering at a Lead/Staff Engineer level.
• Deep knowledge of Python and Pytest.
• Proficiency with automation frameworks such as Cypress, Playwright, Mocha, and Chai.
• Experience creating test strategies for large-scale enterprise applications in Agile environments.
• Professional proficiency in English.
