What you will do

• Own the engineering backlog, grooming tasks in collaboration with engineering and project stakeholders.
• Drive AWS Migration Acceleration Program (MAP) compliance, ensuring all documentation and milestones meet strict standards.
• Manage Architecture Decision Records (ADR) and ensure all critical project deliverables are submitted on time.
• Act as the primary operational point of contact between the client, AWS, and internal teams.
• Monitor project risks and blockers, providing proactive reporting to leadership to ensure migration success.

Requirements

• Must be based in Europe
• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, programme management, or technical delivery.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders across multiple organizations.
• Strong written communication skills for reporting and documentation.
• Familiarity with cloud migration projects, specifically AWS environments.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of AWS MAP program requirements and compliance frameworks.
• Experience in a cloud consultancy or managed service provider environment.
• Background in financial services or regulated industry projects.
• Relevant AWS certifications.
