What you will do

• Lead project management for complex engagements, ensuring successful delivery of client commitments.
• Set up and manage project plans and timelines across multiple workstreams.
• Act as the central coordinator for client communications and deliverables, including with senior client stakeholders.
• Identify, manage, and communicate project risks, implementing contingency plans as needed.
• Prepare project closure documentation and communicate lessons learned.
• Support internal teams with pilot execution and operational scoping.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in project management with an understanding of business and effective management practices.
• Experience with complex project management / implementations of SaaS / HCM (preferably Workday or SAP) platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office and Project planning tools e.g. Smartsheets.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with cross-functional and remote teams.
• Excellent organizational and follow-through skills; able to prioritize and manage many simultaneous tasks and priorities.
• Ability to influence people and resources to ensure timely completion of tasks that meet quality standards.
