What you will do

  • Responding to patient enquiries via tickets in Japanese and English using our patient experience tool (i.e. Zendesk).
  • Providing ongoing support to patients experiencing side effects and/or symptoms related or unrelated to their medication for Juniper, including virtual calls.
  • Triaging medical issues with support from a robust clinical framework and global clinical team.
  • Being the point of contact to the network of hirify.global partnered doctors.
  • Working closely with a team of health coaches, doctors, registered nurses and / or pharmacists to provide holistic care to patients.
  • Supporting and training non-clinical patient facing teams.

Requirements

  • You are registered in Japan as a Pharmacist.
  • You have 3+ years of clinical experience post-registration as a Pharmacist.
  • You have native level Japanese language skills and business level English language skills (must)

Nice to have

  • Experience in telehealth or specialized medicine (i.e. obesity management, diabetes, GLP-1).
  • Worked in triaging in a clinical setting (i.e. intensive care unit, emergency department).
  • Good understanding of computers, systems and tools (i.e. Zendesk, LINE, Facebook).
