What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for guests, clients, and new hires, managing the onboarding process.
• Manage daily office workflows, including logistics, scheduling, and supply inventory.
• Handle office expenditures and manage critical contracts for rent and utilities.
• Oversee vendor relationships for cleaning, catering, and maintenance to ensure high service standards.
• Coordinate with the Honda facility team to optimize office layout and building operations.
• Implement and maintain office safety, health, and emergency preparedness programs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in workplace services, office management, or facilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent/Native Japanese (written and spoken).
• Business-level English proficiency.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks independently.
• Genuine passion for hospitality and operational excellence.

Nice to have

• Background in the hospitality, guest services, or airline industry.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and Microsoft Office.
• Certifications in Health Supervision, Fire and Disaster Prevention, or First Aid/AED/CPR.
