What you will do

• Advocate for creator initiatives to improve acquisition, retention, and growth.
• Manage daily interactions with Creators and act as spokesperson for assigned projects.
• Research, evaluate, outreach and own communication with content creators across all platforms.
• Support deployment of the hirify.global Creators Program, including applications vetting and local promotion.
• Support titles in hirify.global’s portfolio by activating content creators across all platforms.
• Collaborate with internal and cross-functional stakeholders worldwide.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Creator relations and / or Digital marketing.
• Avid consumer of Creator content across all platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Outstanding written and verbal English and Japanese communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in Korean, both verbally and in writing, is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of the Japan market and its specificities.
• Applicants must be eligible to work in Japan.
