What you will do
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid user acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and StackAdapt.
- Manage and scale high-volume monthly budgets while ensuring strong ROAS and user lifetime value.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-performing static and video assets based on data insights.
- Execute structured A/B testing frameworks to identify winning audiences, placements, and creatives.
- Utilize AppsFlyer for event mapping, attribution, and cohort analysis.
- Monitor platform changes like SKAN and privacy updates to proactively adapt acquisition strategies.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or user acquisition.
- Deep expertise in managing large-scale annual budgets with measurable performance impact.
- Proven ability in campaign optimization, bid strategy, and conversion rate improvement.
- Strong understanding of mobile app acquisition, AppsFlyer tracking, and post-install event optimization.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear strategic actions.
- Must be able to work onsite in Concord, ON.
Nice to have
- Experience in iGaming is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with server-to-server (S2S) setups and campaign event tracking.
- Hands-on experience integrating Meta Pixel or TikTok Events API.
