What you will do

• Manage and scale high-budget performance UA strategies across social, search, and affiliate channels.
• Deliver regular performance reporting and actionable insights to inform future campaign optimization.
• Collaborate with the design team to develop creative test strategies and iterate based on campaign results.
• Champion channel innovation by identifying and testing new marketing partners and digital trends.
• Maintain and optimize relationships with online marketing partners.

Requirements

• 3+ years of digital marketing and user acquisition experience
• Hands-on experience with TikTok Ads, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and Snapchat
• Fluent English is required
• Proficiency in Excel and Slides for data analysis and reporting
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for media planning

Nice to have

• Experience with tracking software and creative testing frameworks
• Background in international fast-paced marketing environments
