What you will do

• Develop and own the global event roadmap aligned with marketing campaigns and game milestones.
• Define event goals, KPIs, and success metrics in collaboration with brand and community teams.
• Execute strategies to showcase the brand at horror conventions, gaming events, and community meetups.
• Manage budgets, timelines, logistics, and external vendors for seamless execution.
• Ensure consistent messaging and lore integration across all event touchpoints.
• Analyze performance data and player feedback to deliver post-mortem reports with actionable insights.

Requirements

• 5-9 years of experience in a similar event management role.
• Proven track record in managing live in-person events.
• Strong experience coordinating projects with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrable problem-solving abilities.
