What you will do
- Lead online marketing strategy and user acquisition efforts for the Japanese market.
- Manage campaign performance dashboards and report on key KPIs like Installs, CPI, ROAS, and LTV.
- Collaborate with media and strategy teams to optimize budget allocation and creative localization.
- Ensure accurate attribution setup through Mobile Measurement Partners (MMP).
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, targeting, and landing flows to drive continuous improvement.
- Analyze audience cohorts to maintain a healthy and sustainable user ecosystem.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in performance marketing at a top tech or gaming company in Japan.
- Fluency in both Japanese and English is required.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads (UAC), Meta Ads Manager, and mobile attribution tools.
- Strong analytical proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets for presenting insights.
- Solid understanding of full-funnel metrics and long-term business metrics like brand perception.
- Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives in a high-velocity environment.
