What you will do

• Build and manage your own customer pipeline through inbound inquiries, referrals, follow-ups, and proactive outreach.
• Develop and execute personal sales strategies to consistently meet or exceed targets.
• Conduct phone and virtual consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable services.
• Write and edit professional, ATS-compliant resumes tailored to specific roles and industries.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, calls, and sales activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, telesales, or customer-facing roles (service-based sales preferred).
• Strong confidence in speaking with clients over the phone and via video calls.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Ability to write or quickly learn how to write professional resumes and cover letters.
• Experience or willingness to use email marketing and CRM tools.
