What you will do

• Analyze, define, and document requirements and business processes.
• Develop systems specifications, process flows, and conversion strategies.
• Create technical and functional user documentation.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into user stories/functional specifications.
• Perform analysis on existing systems, identifying options for potential solutions and assessing both technical and business suitability.
• Collaborate with remote development teams, internal IT, and business stakeholders to ensure requirements are being met.

Requirements

• 6+ years of IT Business Analyst experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience required.
• Previous experience working in an agile environment using recognized development methodologies (e.g., Agile, SCRUM, KANBAN).
• Proficient in documenting As-Is and To-Be processes.
• Ability to maintain automated test scripts.
• Broad understanding of software development methodologies and SDLC.
