What you will do

• Manage IT web projects using Scaled Agile methodology.
• Collaborate with business and IT in defining and executing projects and change programs.
• Develop project plans and high-level functional designs.
• Mitigate risks and communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Conduct IT acceptance testing and coordinate project deployment.
• Evaluate current systems/processes and propose optimized technology solutions.

Requirements

• BS or MS degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis and IT project management in the web/mobile space.
• Knowledge of software development fundamentals.
• Experienced with Agile project management methodologies and tools (e.g. Atlassian JIRA).
• Expertise in process mapping, workflow analysis, and system improvements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of semiconductor industry terminology, products, and customer needs.
• Understanding of Common Criteria Certification and Export Compliance regulations.
