What you will do

• Identify operational inefficiencies, constraints, and improvement opportunities within client environments.
• Conduct industry informed analysis of client processes, workflows, and operational practices.
• Provide domain context to delivery teams to ensure solutions align with real world healthcare requirements.
• Support the client in defining the desired future state of processes and business capabilities.
• Identify and document business requirements for solution components and capabilities.
• Build deep understanding of assigned accounts, including organizational structure, stakeholders, priorities, and strategic objectives.

Requirements

• At least 3+ years of experience, including at least 2 years in business analysis.
• Experienced in the healthcare industry, with understanding of operational environment and challenges.
• Knowledgeable in SDLC and requirements lifecycle management.
• Skilled in requirements elicitation, documentation, prioritization, validation, and change management.
• Capable of communicating in English freely in a multicultural environment (at least upper-intermediate strong level).
