What you will do

• Gather, document, and analyze requirements from diverse stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable functional specifications.
• Conduct gap analysis and create detailed process maps and workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to ensure implementation alignment.
• Support change management activities for new system adoption.
• Facilitate workshops to elicit requirements and validate solution designs.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Experience or knowledge of Epic software is highly preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP systems or large-scale pricing applications.
