TL;DR
Sales Development Representative: Qualifying and scheduling appointments with decision makers within global companies through inbound and outbound leads with an accent on researching and prospecting into organizations. Focus on maintaining accurate activity, contact, and account information of all customers and prospects.
Location: This is a hybrid onsite role that requires 2 days a week in the office (Montreal).
Salary: $51,000 - $63,750 USD

What you will do
- Research and prospect into organizations by emailing, calling, networking and other creative means to lead early stage pipelines.
- Qualify and schedule well qualified appointments with main decision makers within global 2000 or "targeted" companies through inbound and outbound leads.
- Utilize the CRM to maintain accurate activity, contact, and account information of all customers and prospects.
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and French.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
- Customer-oriented background (sales, support, or customer service).
- Skills in account development, opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call structure/control, or time and territory management.
Nice to have
- Experience with CRM systems (preferably salesforce.com).
- Experience in an outbound-focused sales position.
