What you will do

• Serve as a client facing implementation lead supporting the deployment of hirify.global Digital products within client Workday environments.
• Support and advise on Workday integration configurations, including Integration System Users (ISUs), security configuration, and related setup required for packaged integrations and Built on Workday applications.
• Collaborate directly with client technical teams during working sessions to troubleshoot integration and configuration issues, identify root causes, and resolve issues efficiently.
• Act as the technical bridge between clients and hirify.global Product and Engineering teams, ensuring clear communication, issue escalation, and resolution during implementation and post deployment.
• Develop and execute implementation plans to support client deployment of hirify.global Digital integrations.
• Create and maintain best practice documentation related to hirify.global Digital integrations, Workday configurations, and implementation support.

Requirements

• Strong functional knowledge across HR domains such as Recruiting, Talent Management, and HR Operations.
• Hands‑on Workday experience, specifically related to integration configurations, Integration System Users (ISUs), and Workday security configuration supporting integrations.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot Workday integration and configuration issues, working collaboratively with client technical teams to identify root causes and resolve issues.
• Experience supporting the deployment of pre‑built or packaged integrations within Workday environments.
• Understanding of Built on Workday applications and Workday integration frameworks.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to remain calm and effective in fast‑paced, client‑facing situations.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workday and/or SAP SuccessFactors integration configurations is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle HCM, and SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related topic is highly desirable.
