Sr Director, Marketing Operations: Leading and evolving the global marketing operations function, building infrastructure, systems, and processes to power marketing execution at scale with an accent on campaign operations, lead management, and reporting and analytics. Focus on optimizing the tech stack, ensuring alignment between teams, and driving initiatives from concept through execution.

Location: Remote

Salary: $175,000.00 - $205,000.00

What you will do

  • Own the development and optimization of landing page/form strategy to drive lead capture and conversion.
  • Build and optimize the KF Digital tech stack, ensuring best practices across campaign setup, lead scoring, segmentation, nurture programs, and data hygiene.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, lead flow, and funnel metrics to optimize performance and guide strategic decisions.
  • Partner with demand generation, product marketing, and field marketing teams to operationalize multi-channel campaigns within Marketo.
  • Work cross-functionally with global corporate marketing teams to ensure consistent campaign execution, data standards, and lead management practices across regions.
  • Independently drive initiatives from concept through execution with minimal oversight.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with 5+ years in marketing operations leadership.
  • Proven expertise in Marketo (Marketo Certified Expert preferred).
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and able to manage complex projects independently.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using CRM tools (Salesforce certifications preferred).
  • Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with marketing automation platforms (Marketo), predictive analytics (6sense), Domo, data enrichment tools, CRM systems (Salesforce), and analytics tools (Marketo Measure).
