Location: Onsite in Taguig, Metro Manila (BGC) 3 days a week, with 2 days WFH.

What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for key business areas, emphasizing direct sourcing and diversity.
• Develop recruitment strategies with hiring managers to maximize successful outcomes.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and hiring managers.
• Utilize direct sourcing tools to build a quality candidate pipeline and talent pools.
• Champion recruitment best practices and support overall service delivery targets.
• Provide market insights, candidate availability, and salary benchmarks to hiring managers.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in RPO or internal recruitment within a global organization.
• Prior experience hiring for Software Development and Business Support roles within the Fintech industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Tagalog.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and ability to interpret reporting data.
• Experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies, including market mapping and Boolean searches.
• Comfortable with a 6-month contract, payrolled by CXC Global.
