Associate Recruiter: Responsible for developing and executing candidate sourcing strategies for hirify.global RPO/Project clients with an accent on sourcing channel optimization and proactive development of talent pools. Focus on building strong relationships with passive candidates and providing proactive customer service.

What you will do

• Align sourcing activities to workforce plans and understand recruitment needs.
• Define and implement sourcing strategies for building talent pools of specific candidate profiles.
• Measure and monitor the effectiveness of the strategic sourcing framework.
• Source and leverage relevant media and communication channels.
• Provide support, advice, and coaching to team members.

Requirements

• 2+ years of full cycle recruitment or sourcing experience.
• 2+ years of experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies, including market mapping and Boolean searches.
• 2+ years of Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience.
• 1+ years of client facing experience interacting with Hiring Managers.
• 1+ years of experience conducting competency/behavioral based interviews.
• High School Diploma.
