What you will do

• Craft visually compelling designs for mobile product-related marketing campaigns, including motion graphics and static visuals.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Team to understand data insights and brainstorm innovative creative ad ideas.
• Transform key marketing initiatives into high-quality, consumer-facing visuals.
• Analyze performance data from creatives and generate improvement ideas.
• Create 2D assets for UA ads and static content, and optimize existing assets for different formats.

Requirements

• Passion for marketing, product, AI, or data-driven creativity.
• Technical background or experience in relevant fields.
• Ability to leverage insights from data to develop creatives aligned with audience preferences and test results.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficiency in English.
• Hands-on, driven, and focused on achieving results with persistence and ownership.
