What you will do

• Own end-to-end marketing and execute user acquisition strategies for a web product.
• Manage the creative pipeline by developing and testing creatives.
• Run and optimize marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other networks.
• Build external partnerships with agencies and global ad network teams.
• Leverage data and dashboards to gain insights and ensure campaigns achieve target KPIs.
• Collaborate with the product team to understand user motivations and shape effective monetization strategies.

Requirements

• 2+ years of performance marketing experience.
• Hands-on experience in campaign management across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, RTB, and similar platforms.
• Experience with Google measurement tools (GA4, etc.) and mobile measurement partners such as Adjust or Appsflyer.
• Knowledge of user attribution and conversion tracking across multiple channels.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong command of written and verbal English.

Nice to have

• Understanding of big data environments (preferably BigQuery).
• Experience with Google Tag Manager.
