Location: Onsite in Taguig, Metro Manila (BGC) with a hybrid working model (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH).

What you will do

• Communicate with the client to identify needs and evaluate recruiting solutions.
• Manage the project end-to-end, ensuring quality assurance on recruitment activities.
• Build trust with key client stakeholders and manage client communications.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and make constructive suggestions for change.
• Prepare and participate in project reviews with the client and senior management.
• Ensure all systems are updated on a timely basis by the delivery project team.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in RPO or internal recruitment with a global organization.
• Prior experience in hiring for Software Development and Business Support roles within the FinTech industry.
• Proven leadership experience with developed coaching and mentoring skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Tagalog.
• Comfortable with a 6-month contract, payrolled by CXC Global.
