TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (AI): Supporting and growing a portfolio of customers through structured programs to drive adoption, retention, and expansion of Salescloser.ai with an accent on automation, data, and proactive outreach. Focus on building repeatable playbooks for onboarding, adoption, and renewal, and improving processes to support more customers efficiently.

Location: Must be based in Canada. Bonus points if based in the Greater Vancouver area for in-person office collaborations.

SalesCloser is an advanced conversational AI platform that acts as a virtual sales agent, delivering personalised sales calls, demos, and follow-ups in real time across multiple languages.

What you will do

  • Manage a high‑volume book of SMB and mid‑market accounts.
  • Drive engagement through scaled touchpoints and prioritize accounts based on health, risk, and opportunity.
  • Ensure customers launch successfully, reach early time‑to‑value, and monitor usage to proactively intervene when accounts stall.
  • Design and execute scalable programs such as email sequences, webinars, and in‑app engagement flows.
  • Identify at‑risk accounts early using health signals and take proactive action to reduce churn and improve customer outcomes.
  • Share insights with the team to improve product, processes, and customer experience.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar customer‑facing role, ideally within a SaaS or B2B tech environment.
  • Experience managing a high-volume book of business and familiarity with tools like Vitally, Intercom, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
  • Proactive communicator with strong organisational skills and the ability to balance speed, quality, and scale.
  • Must be technical, analytical, results-driven and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of a second language is considered an asset.
