What you will do
- Forge relationships with new and existing customers, including management and executive stakeholders.
- Develop strategies and plans to achieve customer objectives and drive product adoption.
- Manage customer onboarding processes, including account configuration, training, and change management.
- Monitor customer usage, adoption, and customer health metrics.
- Conduct periodic business and strategic engagement reviews to ensure satisfaction and alignment.
- Coordinate with Renewal Specialists for renewals, upsells, and cross-sell opportunities.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Familiarity with standard concepts and practices within the IT Security Field.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM, Microsoft Excel, Word, Gmail, and Google Docs.
- Prior experience as a Customer Success Manager preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, customer service, time management, and organization skills.
- Strong collaborative, teamwork, and negotiation skills with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
