What you will do

  • Forge relationships with new and existing customers, including management and executive stakeholders.
  • Develop strategies and plans to achieve customer objectives and drive product adoption.
  • Manage customer onboarding processes, including account configuration, training, and change management.
  • Monitor customer usage, adoption, and customer health metrics.
  • Conduct periodic business and strategic engagement reviews to ensure satisfaction and alignment.
  • Coordinate with Renewal Specialists for renewals, upsells, and cross-sell opportunities.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with standard concepts and practices within the IT Security Field.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM, Microsoft Excel, Word, Gmail, and Google Docs.
  • Prior experience as a Customer Success Manager preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, customer service, time management, and organization skills.
  • Strong collaborative, teamwork, and negotiation skills with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
