Salary: $145,000 - $170,000 a year

What you will do

• Lead UX design for new initiatives across the BrightEdge platform.
• Shape intuitive and trustworthy experiences in areas where AI, automation, and recommendations are part of the workflow.
• Create wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes to communicate ideas and validate concepts.
• Contribute to the evolution of BrightEdge’s visual design using modern enterprise patterns.
• Produce clear, detailed design specifications and work closely with engineering to ensure high-quality implementation.
• Contribute to BrightEdge design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across our product suite.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction Design, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in UX design, ideally in SaaS enterprise products.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping in Figma or an equivalent design tool.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, user-centered design processes, and methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
