What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design for complex features from problem framing and detailed specs to post-launch iteration.
• Partner with product, engineering, and research teams to identify opportunities and shape product vision.
• Design intuitive interfaces for technically complex workflows including API management and data transformations.
• Navigate ambiguity to make consistent progress on undefined requirements.
• Incorporate AI-assisted capabilities thoughtfully to add tangible user value.
• Contribute to design systems and foster a culture of craft through constructive feedback loops.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in product design, specifically in enterprise SaaS or developer tools.
• Deep technical fluency with concepts like data mapping, API configurations, and automation logic.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating autonomy and ownership of complex, end-to-end design problems.
• Expertise in Figma for high-fidelity design and interactive prototyping.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and drive projects with minimal oversight.
• Must be able to work on-site in the specified US locations.

Nice to have

• Experience with code-based prototyping tools like Framer or Cursor.
• Background in designing workflows, data pipelines, or technical configuration interfaces.
