What you will do

• Lead the design and redesign of internal digital platforms and tools.
• Partner with Research teams to execute and analyze user research to uncover employee pain points and workflow challenges.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that align with user requirements and project vision.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems that standardize component libraries, design patterns, and style guides.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering an environment of creativity and professional growth.
• Participate in strategic planning and decision-making, contributing insights to shape the future direction of design initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in UX/UI Design, product design, graphic design, or commensurate work experience.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a UX/UI designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping software (e.g., Figma).
• Experience in creating detailed user journey maps and user flows.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Prior experience designing B2B experiences, AI experiences, and Platform design experience.
• Experience with tools such as PowerBI, Sharepoint, and Source/ Confluence.
