What you will do

• Conduct high-quality user research to develop personas and design strategies.
• Create and refine wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes.

• Formulate strategic product vision related to user experience design.
• Measure product success through analytics and iterate on solutions.
• Contribute to building and maintaining UI component libraries.

Requirements

• BS with 7+ years of experience, MS with 5+ years, or PhD with 1+ year.
• 3+ years of UX/UI design experience at an agile or SaaS organization.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Balsamiq, and InVision.
• Ability to synthesize technical user research into elegant visual design.
• Experience working with diverse stakeholders, including engineers and customers.
• Must be able to work onsite in Boston, MA.

Nice to have

• Background in software engineering for a STEM discipline.
• Understanding of chemistry, pharmaceuticals, or related scientific fields.
• Experience working with PhD scientists.
