Location: Hybrid, must reside in Toronto area and be available in-office three days per week

Salary: $200,000–$230,000 CAD (OTE)

What you will do

• Own and exceed revenue targets by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts within the assigned territory.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycles, from proactive outbound prospecting to closing complex deals.
• Engage and influence executive stakeholders including CISOs, CTOs, and CIOs through value-based positioning.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with technical and product teams to deliver tailored Proof of Values.
• Maintain pipeline transparency and accurate forecasting within CRM systems.
• Act as a trusted advisor to help prospects navigate evolving cybersecurity challenges.

Requirements

• Must reside in local territory (Toronto, Canada).
• 2–5 years of closing experience in a complex sales environment.
• Proven track record of exceeding quotas for six or seven-figure deals.
• Strong background in cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise software sales.
• Ability to lead negotiations and navigate complex procurement processes.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
