What you will do

• Oversee the entire creative process including bidding, pitching, scheduling, and project delivery.
• Lead and mentor teams of varying sizes, ensuring high-quality creative and technical output.
• Collaborate closely with clients and directors to interpret feedback and manage expectations effectively.
• Provide on-set supervision and advisory support to directors regarding methodology and data gathering.
• Drive talent recruitment and development by reviewing CVs and conducting interviews.
• Represent the studio at industry events and outreach opportunities.

Requirements

• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity from Los Angeles.
• Proven history of delivering high-calibre VFX projects from inception to completion.
• Extensive experience managing project budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Deep working knowledge of industry-standard VFX software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solutions-driven approach.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and nurture long-term client relationships.
