What you will do

• Lead video and motion production activities including live-action, motion design, and GenAI video generation.
• Manage and develop a nearshore video production team based in Mexico City.
• Oversee project budgets, including cost estimation, supplier negotiation, and financial tracking.
• Develop production schedules to ensure timely delivery of all video projects.
• Integrate GenAI video tools into studio workflows to enhance production output and efficiency.
• Partner with creative leadership to translate concepts into production-ready briefs and execution plans.

Requirements

• Proven experience producing video content across live-action, motion, animation, and social formats.
• Experience managing production budgets, supplier relationships, and production teams.
• Familiarity with GenAI video tools such as Runway or similar film generation capabilities.
• Experience designing or executing AI-assisted video production workflows.
• Ability to train team members on effective AI tool usage and quality benchmarking.
• Must be based in Baltimore, Maryland.

• Experience managing remote or nearshore production teams.
