What you will do

• Manage all aspects of projects from bidding and pitching to final execution.
• Lead and mentor teams of artists through project lifecycles.
• Collaborate with Producers and Coordinators to manage budgets and schedules.
• Provide on-set supervision and advise on technical/creative approaches.
• Drive recruitment by sourcing talent and evaluating candidates.
• Foster lasting relationships with clients by effectively addressing feedback.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management and VFX production leadership.
• Deep working knowledge of industry-standard VFX software.
• Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills for managing internal expectations and client relations.
• Ability to provide technical support and apply new technologies to workflows.
• Must be available for hybrid work in Los Angeles.
