What you will do

  • Provide onsite technical support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, and AV equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve OS-level issues in Windows and macOS environments.
  • Image and provision systems using enterprise tools like Intune, Autopilot, and JAMF.
  • Manage hardware life cycles, asset inventory, and break-fix activities.
  • Assist with employee onboarding/offboarding including access and equipment setup.
  • Collaborate with global IT teams to maintain service levels and documentation in ITSM systems.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in IT site or desktop support.
  • Strong expertise in managing Windows 11 and macOS in an enterprise environment.
  • Proficiency with deployment tools such as Intune, SCCM, or JAMF.
  • Experience with Active Directory, identity management, and basic networking.
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively onsite in San Jose.

Nice to have

  • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft or ITIL.
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms and conference room technology.
