What you will do

• Own Bolt’s social presence across X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Produce launch videos for major product releases, including script writing and directing.
• Build and grow social channels from the ground up to reflect the product's user base.
• Shape and protect Bolt’s brand voice across all public-facing content.
• Develop a content engine that builds audience, trust, and brand equity.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and leadership to translate technical product launches into engaging content.

Requirements

• Experience building social channels or content programs, ideally in dev tools, SaaS, or tech.
• Strong writing skills for copy, scripts, tweets, and long-form content.
• Video production skills to shoot, edit, or direct content with minimal resources.
• Understanding of developer and technical audiences.
• Ability to think about brand holistically, connecting social, video, launches, and brand into a cohesive story.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills are required.

Nice to have

• Experience at a high-growth startup wearing multiple hats across social, video, and brand.
• Personal experience growing a YouTube channel, X account, or LinkedIn presence.
• Understanding of the AI and developer tools landscape.
• Video editing skills in Final Cut, Premiere, or similar, with motion graphics a plus.
• Experience working directly with founders or C-suite on content and messaging.
