What you will do

• Develop and maintain comprehensive content calendars across YouTube Shorts, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Plan, shoot, and edit high-performing short-form video content optimized for retention.
• Draft compelling hooks, captions, and CTAs that reinforce brand identity.
• Manage daily publishing, community engagement, and brand reputation.
• Analyze performance data to iterate on creative strategy and posting cadences.
• Collaborate with internal creative teams and manage freelancers for asset production.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing brand social channels with a focus on short-form video.
• Proven growth results on YouTube Shorts, Instagram, or LinkedIn.
• Proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, or Final Cut) and basic design (Canva/Adobe).
• Strong copywriting abilities for social media platforms.
• Ability to direct talent and capture content on-site in Los Angeles.

• Experience working in creator-led brands, startups, or agency environments.
