What you will do

  • Own end-to-end ad operations across direct campaigns, ensuring accurate trafficking, implementation, QA, and on-time delivery.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to delivery, creative rendering, ad tags, measurement discrepancies, and platform integrations.
  • Partner with Growth, Sales/Partnerships, Marketing, Analytics, and Product to translate campaign goals into operational plans.
  • Analyze programmatic performance and drive indirect demand optimizations to improve yield and inventory utilization.
  • Maintain and improve ad tech platform operations.
  • Support measurement and reporting, ensuring tracking is correctly implemented and performance is clearly communicated.

Requirements

  • Experienced with Google Ad Manager (GAM), managing day-to-day operations.
  • Typically requires 4+ years of advertising operations experience (3+ years considered for exceptional candidates).
  • Comfortable analyzing programmatic performance and making optimization decisions.
  • Fluent in performance measurement and reporting fundamentals.
  • Experience with ad tech operations and platform workflows.
  • Collaborate with purpose and communicate clearly across functions.
